Nylon gear rack is recommended for residential applications where noise reduction is important. The nylon body absorbs vibration and operates quietly. It is corrosion resistant and does not require lubrication. Suitable for gates up to 800 kg.
Steel gear rack is recommended for heavy-duty commercial and industrial applications. It offers higher load capacity and longer service life under heavy use. Available in HDG finish for outdoor corrosion resistance. Suitable for gates from 500 kg to 2,000 kg and above.
