Custom dimensions are available for orders of 500 panels or more. The panel is constructed from 4 mm diameter horizontal wires and 4 mm vertical wires, welded at every intersection for maximum rigidity.What is the difference between PVC-coated and powder-coated fence panels?PVC coating provides a thicker protective layer (typically 0.5–1.0 mm) over the galvanised wire, offering superior impact resistance and UV stability compared to powder coating. PVC-coated panels maintain their colour and flexibility in temperatures from -30°C to +70°C. Powder coating is thinner (60–80 μm) but provides a smoother, more aesthetic finish. For high-traffic industrial applications, PVC coating is recommended.What colours are available for the SF2421-N PVC-coated panel?The SF2421-N is available in RAL 6005 (moss green), RAL 7016 (anthracite grey), RAL 9005 (jet black), and RAL 8017 (chocolate brown) as standard stock colours. Custom RAL colours are available for orders of 1,000 panels or more with a 15-day additional lead time. Green and black are the most popular colours for residential and commercial security fencing applications.What post system is compatible with the SF2421-N panel?The SF2421-N is designed for use with our SFP-60×40 pressed steel posts or SFP-60×60 square posts. Posts are available in heights to suit panel heights plus 600 mm embedment depth. The panel clips directly into the post channel using our stainless steel V-clips and anti-tamper bolts. Complete fencing systems including posts, clips, and hardware are available as a package.What is the MOQ for the SF2421-N and what is the lead time?The MOQ for the SF2421-N is 150 panels. Standard lead time is 20–25 days after deposit payment. For urgent orders, we can supply from existing stock in standard sizes and colours—please contact us to check availability. Mixed orders combining different heights or colours can be combined to reach the 150-panel MOQ.Does the SF2421-N meet international security fencing standards?The SF2421-N is manufactured to EN 10223-7 (welded mesh) and meets the requirements of EN 13241 for industrial and commercial fencing. The spear-top design provides a security rating suitable for perimeter security of commercial and light industrial premises. For higher security classifications (LPS 1175 or SR ratings), please enquire about our anti-climb and anti-cut panel variants.Can the SF2421-N panels be curved or bent to follow a curved boundary?The SF2421-N is a rigid welded mesh panel and cannot be bent on site without specialist equipment. For curved boundaries, we recommend using shorter panel widths (1.0 m or 1.5 m) to approximate the curve with straight sections.
